Yes. Loads come from the retailers' own liquidation channels. Brand apparel loads (Nike, Lululemon, and similar) arrive authentic, most of it new with tags.

These are unmanifested loads, so item mixes and stated counts are estimates. Shortage claims do not apply to unmanifested or mystery lots. A wrong load or material misrepresentation remains a covered problem.
